I've ordered Pollo Loco so many times where I hardly get any chicken in my chicken Original Pollo Bowl but this time was completely different. My Original Pollo Bowl , my Chicken Avocado Burrito , my Double Chicken Tostada Salad , & my Poblano Chicken Stuffed Quesadilla - where loaded with chicken that looked fresh, was juicy & huge chunks. I'm going to give credit to whoever put them together for me. Will definitely continue ordering from this location if I continue to experience this kind of service!

Freshness & flavor is spot on BUT they only got my NEW Street Corn Burrito Bowl right. Wouldn't recommend the Two Churros for over $4, see picture, they're tiny but tasty. I asked for fresh salsa/pico they sent avocado salsa (see picture), I asked for no salsa in my Salsa Verde Quesadilla, it came with salsa (see picture). I know salsa is in the name of the Salsa Verde Quesadilla but they have the option to remove it & I wanted it gone.

not bad. food was hot, and the bag it was delivered in was sealed up tight. I love the Avocado Salsa (Hot) .

Chicken was sooo good! Everything was delicious and hot and seasoning was perfect not too salty or sweet or spicy! Just perfection! And the portions my entire family kept raving about how good everything was!

I'm giving up on this El Pollo Loco. The first time I ordered, the chicken was so good! Every time since (4 or 5 times) the chicken has been either old or overcooked, each piece is so hard I can't even bite thru the skin and the meat is so dry. I always hope it was just a bad day at the El Pollo Loco but it's been every time since the first order. The sides are always fine but that is small consolation.
