3PC Loco Tenders™ not fresh. Dry and not edible. Coleslaw had no flavor whatsoever. Very disappointed usually their food is pretty decent. Pretty much threw away the whole order.

El Pollo Loco...the homemake torilla soup is delicious!! Might have to order this soup again tonight!!! Also the delicious chicken tostada salad....all kinds of nice things included in this salad....Thanks again El Pollo Loco!!!

Chicken was hard and dry there was not much eatable chicken on each piece
You can tell they leave it sitting there for long periods of time

No tortillas and no silverware. I specifically selected the silverware option and tortillas were supposed to be included with the meal I ordered. The portion sizes for the sides are dismal. Shrinkflation is real. $6+ for a 4 ounce side of Pinto Beans? Beans? Really? Smh. This is sad.

I have never had overcooked dry chicken from the El Pollo Loca in Willow and Herndon, but this store obviously did not care of for the quality of the food, and my side chips are stale.
