I ordered the mixed chicken and its a JOKE. insanely tiny pieces of chicken that aren't even whole pieces! they chop them tiny and count it as a piece of chicken. no thighs just tiny pieces youd get if you ordered a wing appetizer, not a 50 dollar meal! DONT buy this if youre trying to feed a family. 8pc Family Meal

The Double Chicken Bowl I ordered had a small portion of salsa fresca. It was a ridiculous amount for what I paid for. The tortilla chips that came with the order were stale and the salsa was missing. I won't be ordering from this Pollo Loco location anymore.

chicken was burnt, burrito was extremely dry. I paid extra to put guacamole on my burrito but instead they sent a liquid green sauce

The chicken Tortilla soup had a lot of chicken but very thin and water, no taste
I DID NOT receive the drink
My recommendation is that Dashers ( and they are truly appreciated for what they do) maybe they can double check their phone order against what they are picking up so that so many "missing orders " would not happen. No matter which restaurant I order from I never get the drink
