• 9/6/25The Double Chicken Bowl I ordered had a small portion of salsa fresca. It was a ridiculous amount for what I paid for. The tortilla chips that came with the order were stale and the salsa was missing. I won't be ordering from this Pollo Loco location anymore.

• 2/16/22chicken was burnt, burrito was extremely dry. I paid extra to put guacamole on my burrito but instead they sent a liquid green sauce

• 6/10/22The chicken Tortilla soup had a lot of chicken but very thin and water, no taste
I DID NOT receive the drink
My recommendation is that Dashers ( and they are truly appreciated for what they do) maybe they can double check their phone order against what they are picking up so that so many "missing orders " would not happen. No matter which restaurant I order from I never get the drink

• 7/8/24Chicken Bowl n Crunchy Tacos were excellent 😋 but I thought I received orders salsa and chips from both the bowl and the tacos items?? the chips and salsa they sent was fresh n good.. Customer was EXCELLENT👍💛
