I ordered the Epic Birthday Balloon Bouquet with the "more balloons" add-on for a larger bouquet. The balloon bouquet was a different color scheme than shown, with mostly random colors of red, light green, dark green, yellow, and one silver balloon (was supposed to be black, green, and silver balloons). The bouquet was also missing the large game controller shaped mylar balloon that was the prime piece of this bouquet in the photo.
I understand some changes are necessary at times due to availability, but this is really far off from what was ordered, especially for $94.99 ($64.99 bouquet + $30 balloon add-on). It would have been nice if they had reached out about the changes first or removed the bouquet from their menu if it was not available.

The "Cheerful" bouquet arrived *exactly* as pictured (fresh, full blooms, vibrant colors, and a nice quality vase), and the recipient was delighted! A+ work!
