We called in to inquire if we could get an order 15 min before closing on a Saturday night (placed order online.)The fellow said,” no problem, we will get your order together, true to their word they did, and 35min later a “Dasher met me in lobby of hotel. So for service-5stars
Now while on the phone we were assured of extra ketchup and malt vinegar sides. When we received our order everything was in the bag, except ketchup. Had we been home it’s no biggie as we have ketchup, but hotel no go. That is not enough to give a poor review so for closing time food and service we were pleased so 5 stars it it. Great folks work at every 5 guys I’ve tried. As for the cost, well eating out is a treat so spending a little more also not enough for bad reviews. 5 Guys are consistently delicious 😀

The burgers were good, but wrapping in foil makes the bun soggy. We could not eat the fries they were overloaded with salt. This meal was over $45.00 & we could not eat the FF @all.
I will say we liked the food/ bag was taped shut, good idea for delivery.

The cheeseburger was at a little room temperature, but the taste was good. However, the Little Fries were probably the best Five Guys Little Fries I've had in a long time because they were fresh and crunchy.

I ordered a lettuce wrap because I am glutensils sensitive. I received small rectangles of lettuce with my burger, about 1-2 sq inches. And barely enough to cover 1 side. This is not a lettuce WRAP. I pay full price, even though I don't get the bun. But I don't get enough lettuce to wrap it. (And the lettuce also was soggy.) I should receive whole big leaves of lettuce and extra lettuce since I don't get the bun.

really greasy to the point the bag was ripped the burgers had grease all over them and the buns were soggy, I know it normally comes like this but not this bad this time was terrible
