Great meal prep service everything was fresh , and tasted yummy. I ordered the 5 pack combo and had chicken and steak meals for lunch for the work week. This was great and helped me save time cooking and eating healthy at the same time .

Some of the least appetizing food we've eaten. Like your cheapest home cooked meal, but worse. The tilapia was inedible and chicken thigh was terrible. That being said, the smoothie was good.

The taste was alright, but some of the meals had uncooked vegetables, so you have to cook them first 🤦♀️ I don't understand why they serve them raw.
