Crispy dried fried Crispy Dry-fried Ribs 蒜香椒鹽 炸排骨 are so delicious. Crispy and so much flavor. Bbq pork fried rice was also good. The portion was a lot. Will definitely order again and try diffeeent items. They have huge varieties of Chinese food on their menu too.

Gim's is back! The food was excellent. Wonton NOODLE Soup 雲吞湯麵 was perfection. The Egg Rolls (vegetable) 素春捲 were crispy and delicious. Can't wait to order again! 5 STARS!

Just meh. The delivery was fine and everything arrived as expected, but the food itself was disappointing.
The chicken fried rice tasted off, almost like it wasn't particularly fresh, and for nearly $20 there was very little chicken in it. The garlic broccoli was swimming in a watery sauce that wasn't especially flavorful or garlicky, which left the broccoli soggy rather than crisp-tender.
Given the prices, the food was a major letdown. There are much better options around Alameda.

I've been ordering from gims for MANY  year s and their quality has always been amazing. The food is always fresh and even with the new owner the food still is great, but I do have to mention that the portion size is not what it used to be specially for the money it's pricey so I should be able to feed at least three people with two meat dishes, and rice with the side of eggrolls, but the portions were so small, especially when it came into the meat dishes. I must say I'm very disappointed in that aspect.

New favorite Chinese food spot in Alameda! Food was absolutely delicious. Favorites were the garlic green beans, salt and pepper fried fish, sweet and sour chicken, and the egg rolls. Definitely plan to order again in the future!
