• 6/19/25I've ordered and enjoyed the Coal Fired Traditional Pizza 3 times before. This time I reordered it and added the Mediterranean Panini. The pizza was over cooked and the crust was burnt around the edges. The panini was also overcooked. The chicken was so dry and still had bits of rubbery skin attached and the spinach was a gray-green, like it came from a can. I couldn't finish it. The only thing eatable from this entire order were the fries.

• 1/7/26I was really disappointed with my order today. We have gone multiple times in person to get a slice and it's always phenomenal. We were craving this pizza today and didn't feel like getting out either our little one so we got delivery. The mushroom pizza was cut in all different directions, there was so much sauce that the toppings were falling off the pizza, and there was basically no cheese. I don't know why the quality was so different today but I don't think we will be back for a bit :(

• 12/30/25If you ever had Chicago style pizza, are you going to be disappointed with this. The bottom line is nobody in the East Coast makes a pizza that's close to something truly Chicago style. Yes the crust is thick. There is at least some crispy crustiness on the outside. But the density the richness of the crust. The thick sausage and pepperoni of a true Chicago style pizza is absent. Trust me don't order just get a flight to Chicago. You'll be happier with what you spent.  by the way the rest of this place is pizza might be great. Just don't order the Chicago style from anybody ever on the East Coast ever.

• 8/7/25In the app says 12 wings, but when I opened the box I counted only 10. Everything was ok, except for the wing count, which is very disappointing!
