• 5/15/25Overall, the food is always tasty and hot. In this particular order, my order notes were not followed, which is unusual for this restaurant. Roast Beef sandwich contained cheese when I asked for no cheese. My food arrived sloppy and messy. My food was not packaged properly to secure food items and avoid spills. Mixed (Legs and Thigh) is always a hit! Hot and crispy to my liking.

• 7/31/25The fries were very soggy. They should poke holes to air out fried foods. The chicken smelled weird like it was freezer burnt and there was no seasoning
