Overall, the food is always tasty and hot. In this particular order, my order notes were not followed, which is unusual for this restaurant. Roast Beef sandwich contained cheese when I asked for no cheese. My food arrived sloppy and messy. My food was not packaged properly to secure food items and avoid spills. Mixed (Legs and Thigh) is always a hit! Hot and crispy to my liking.

The fries were very soggy. They should poke holes to air out fried foods. The chicken smelled weird like it was freezer burnt and there was no seasoning
