Loved the food. The spicy garlic stir fry, which I had with the roasted steak, tasted very good and wasn't too oily as with some noodle stir-frys. However, the portion was a bit smaller than I thought it would be for the price- more like a 'lunch' serving. The chocolate mousse tasted great as well, awesome mousse, with a good streusel (though the chunks were quite big).

The Spicy Garlic bowl was fine, not really garlic-y or spicy. Just okay. The sauce this time was just the right amount despite its blandness. Now I've had a noodle bowl, salad bowl, and the dessert. Overall, this place isn't worth the price, especially with DoorDash fees. An actual Mongolian grill would be better.

The entire process was seamless! Ordering was great and the driver delivered the food hot and fresh despite the distance. We picked up a couple of their sauces and were thrilled to find a five spice that's rich in flavor but without heat.
The butter chicken had a bit of a bite, which faded fairly quickly, leaving zing but not burn.
We customized 3 orders, one for a diner who is allergic to broccoli. All three came just as ordered, boxes bursting with aroma, tender chicken pieces, and crisp yet well cooked veggies.
I especially loved the fact that you can customize your starch. You don't only have a choice of rice or noodles, you could choose things like whole wheat noodles, which one of our diners did, and absolutely loved.
If you like the idea of customizing a stir fry, don't hesitate to use honeygrow! I would cheerfully order from them again, despite the fact that it is 10+ miles away.

For some reason I'd avoided Honeygrow in the past. I guess I figured it was a health food restaurant that catered only to vegans or something. I was hunting a good hearty salad and gave them a shot, I looked over their menu and was convinced to try their Create Your Own Stir-fry . I made it exactly the way I wanted it and I was very happy with the results! The add-ons and additions can crank the price up quickly but it was worth every penny. I ate dinner then had enough leftovers for lunch today! I love that they have rice noodles as an option as heavy noodles are too much for me health wise. The Side of Sweet Soy Five Spice Sauce is excellent! I got some extra thinking I'd need it (other places never put enough sauce IN the dishes) but I didn't need them! I'll use them to spice up my Ramen tonight.
The Wild Cherry juice was delightful! It was just sweet enough but had a tartness that I thoroughly enjoyed. I will definitely be ordering from Honeygrow again!

I am surprised how good the Kids CYO Stir-Fry Meal and The Cobbler are. The portion is also good enough for an adult. This place treats kids the same as they treat adults when serving the food. Excellent.
