The flame is necessary for wok hei to create that singed, smoky taste and they nailed it on my Beef Chow Fun and Mongolian Beef order . This is my favorite Chinese restaurant

Food here is consistently well made & tasty. Their onion pancakes are some of the best we've had - crispy but not greasy & just oniony enough. We also appreciate the fact that they are so accommodating with special requests!

The beef with scrambled eggs was fresh and flavorful. A generous portion. I would definitely order again. I'm using it for breakfast at work. Doesn't elevate my blood sugar and kept me full for a long time

We've been customers since 2011 but food delivered tonight was barely edible. Massive down hill slide in quality. Chow Mein tasted like cleaning supplies. Chicken was tough. I guess we are going to find a new Chinese place.

The salt and pepper 7. Salt & Pepper Calamariwas not seasoned; the egg foo young was cooked to long and not seasoned and the moo shu combination was also not seasoned. The portion sizes was great-totally unexpected that amount of food.. Don't know if it was as the time I ordered the food; but I hope they don't cook all foods without seasoning. I'm willing to give it another try. Just had to doctor it up on my own.
