Perfect as always! This place never lets you down! Already submitted pic of my favorite, the pho, did I order 2 more tonight! so this time sharing Pork Vermicelli ! As gorgeous as it is yummy :) did a before and after picture so people can see how packaged- leaves room for customization for amount of sauce etc which is very nice.

It's Pho Time packages the noodles and toppings and broth separately so nothing gets soggy! Flavors of the Create Your Own are ON POINT! I could eat this every week. The egg Fried Egg Rolls taste and look handmade, they're SO delicious and not too oily. The basil is also fresh and you get a lot of it!

Always perfect! And the best most authentic pho in Roanoke, healthiest I've found too & I've tried them all. Have now had the chicken pho with chicken broth and beef broth and beef with beef broth under Create Your Own . They so kindly added extra jalapeños on request when I need the extra spice for Covid recovery too. Great food, kind people. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Truly delicious. The Chicken Banh Mi has perfect crispy bread, fresh veggies and a pulled chicken. Incredible. The pho is rich and delicious. They give you all the toppings in a giant take-away bowl thing that makes it super easy to eat and store if you have leftovers. And you definitely could- portions are good! Definitely ordering here again.

Absolutely delicious! The pho was wonderful! The chili sauce was spicy. The Chicken Spring Rolls were awesome. The peanut sauce is an interesting taste if you aren't used to it! Make your own portions were huge. Super fresh and I would absolutely order again! Clearly the pineapple smoothie was a huge hit...it was gone in 60 seconds sooooooo good!!!!
