Very disappointed. Paid $4.99 for 4 over cooked onion rings. Did not receive either of the dipping sauces i requested. Tiny tacos were dusted with cinnamon sugar (like a churro). Received the wrong hamburger. Ordered a Sourdough Smashed Jack™ ($9.39), but got a Jumbo Jack ($6.24). Very disappointed and feeling ripped off.
I have ordered from this store before...what happened to the quality control. The order on the receipt was correct...too bad that was not what made it into the bag.

By far the worst Jack in the box I've been to. Orders are constantly wrong, they never put any sauce (literally zero sauce) . Most recently I ordered 6 tacos, two munchie meals and some egg roles. They didn't send the 2 munchie meals. I re ordered it and they got the order wrong again. Sending the wrong fried and lacking ingredients on the burger. The establishment down the road doesn't seam to have these issues.

Classic Smashed Jack had no flavor , Large Spicy Sauced & Loaded Popcorn Chicken Combo was not a large and the Boba tea had hard, old boba balls. very disappointed

Poorly portioned fries, colder food despite the driver being on time. Ordered 2 Dr. pepper and a Rootbeer, out of Dr. Pepper, asked for Coke and got 3 Rootbeers instead. The dasher was there and here on time, it was not on her half.

egg rolls literally squirted gease with each bite. the sour dough jack had HUGE holes in both pieces of bread, so cheese & condiments squirted out on top AND bottom. fries were cold. shake was melted, sodas were flat. the meat on the jr jumbo jack was overcooked so much that it was rock hard & inedible. the tacos were the ONLY edible items we received.
