If the store is out of several flavors and toppings, the menu on DoorDash should be updated immediately so customers are not paying for items that cannot actually be made. Instead, the order was substituted without any communication or option to approve the changes.
This reflects very poor inventory management and customer service. Baskin-Robbins is known for having a wide selection, so showing items as available and then not actually having them defeats the whole point of ordering. I would appreciate management or the store owner looking into this issue and addressing how online orders are handled so other customers don’t have the same experience."

"I have been eating here for about 7 years. I get the same every time, Stuffed Shrimp. SO good. Tonight, tried something different..., Stuffed Fish. It was BEYOND DELICIOUS. I ate the whole meal standing at the kitchen counter, didn't even make it to the table! I haven't had a meal that good in a VERY long time.
The creamy flavorful crab sauce without too much spice is my absolute favorite. As it is the same sauce as the Stuffed Shrimp, I get the best of both worlds without fighting shrimp tails. The fish was AMAZING, flaky, buttery. My favorite part were the black edges on the fish.

The green beans were a spicier than usual and more liquid than bean.
Large Cajun Fried Steak and potatoes came with maybe 3 tablespoons of gravy. That's not going to cut it. The gravy is the main course in Fried Steak.

I can only attest to the Chips and Salsa, it's great. I recommend any Enchilada w/ their Red Enchilada sauce. it is spot on! Doesn't taste like bbq, liquid smoke or sweet like other Mexican restaurants here. The Chili Rellenos are really impressive, very large and so delicious! My husband and I both really enjoy their Taquitos (Street Tacos/ Carne Asada Tacos) And their Rice and Beans are really good too. I have not tried any other food there.
