If the store is out of several flavors and toppings, the menu on DoorDash should be updated immediately so customers are not paying for items that cannot actually be made. Instead, the order was substituted without any communication or option to approve the changes.
This reflects very poor inventory management and customer service. Baskin-Robbins is known for having a wide selection, so showing items as available and then not actually having them defeats the whole point of ordering.
