The fries, while still warm, had tasted like it had began to lose its fresh taste as well as having no salt on them.
The sauces for the nuggets, whether it was by accident or careless mistake, had one of the bbq sauce packets explode and coating a good portion inside the bag.
The nuggets and the burger themselves tasted great, and again I absolutely get it that things just slip up while you're trying to get orders out as fast as possible, so I ask for your kitchen crew and your expeditor to be more attentive and careful for future orders. If the store is out of several flavors and toppings, the menu on DoorDash should be updated immediately so customers are not paying for items that cannot actually be made. Instead, the order was substituted without any communication or option to approve the changes.
This reflects very poor inventory management and customer service. Baskin-Robbins is known for having a wide selection, so showing items as available and then not actually having them defeats the whole point of ordering. I would appreciate management or the store owner looking into this issue and addressing how online orders are handled so other customers don’t have the same experience."
