Tacos were really bad this time. Not cooked right. Shell was very chewy and almost impossible to bite through. Little meat, pancake thin. Only a couple shreds of lettuce. Very disappointing. Sourdough Jack® bread was hard around edges like it sat out too long. These used to be favorites. Do better, Jack.

Spicy chicken sandwich was dry any barely any chicken patty compared to what I've gotten before. It's the size of a thin pancake.. The tacos was overcooked. And had stale cheese.

Ordered from Jack in the Box and were quite disappointed. We specifically requested a coke without ice, but half the large cup was filled with ice. The burgers were much smaller than expected and didn't match the pictures — they look juicy and loaded with fresh ingredients in the photos, but in reality, they were just thin patties, a few buns, and a small slice of cheese. The reality didn’t meet our expectations

I ordered the spicy chicken wrap and the chicken is old, tortilla is stale it's crackin into pieces.
