I love all of the food from Jade Cathay, the Singapore noodles, salt and pepper chicken wings, shrimp balls, garlic bok choy, Chinese broccoli, tofu skins in mushroom broth. But mostly Amanda the daughter of the owner pays extra attention to the details. I love this place so much!

Food was not good - we won't even save the leftovers . The Lemon Chicken 檸檬雞 had almost no lemon taste and zero sauce. It smelled and tasted like funnel cake, which was odd. The Beef Tenderloin with Broccoli 西兰花炒牛肉 had very little beef, which was paricularly upsetting given the high price. The Chow Mein 炒麵 was good though.

Overpriced for the quality of their food. The Wonton Soup's broth is flavorless. The Spring Rolls are miniscule. The Combo Fried is extremely overpriced but that could be overlooked if it was a great dish but it's average at best.

The Salt and Pepper Tofu was tasteless and the Salt and Pepper Calamari was very fishy smelling. Both small portions. The Chinese Broccoli was pretty good and reasonable portion. I don't understand the great reviews for this place.

The Salt & Pepper Tofu with Basil 椒鹽豆腐was tasteless and the Salt & Pepper Calamari 椒鹽魷魚was very fishy smelling. Small portions for both. The Chinese broccoli was good and reasonable portion. I don't understand the great reviews for this place.
