The Pork Laab Burger and Crunchy Catfish Salad (GF) are the stars of the show. The burger isnt greasy or too much food and the salad has such bright, spicy and crunchy texture. I love the shallots and fresh mint too. I love that they use compostable to go containers too. You wont be disappointed!

We've had many wonderful meals from Jo's Modern Thai and each one has been a special treat! The food is all spectacular! Favorites are the Crunchy Catfish Salad (GF) and the Massaman Curry (V, GFO), both really amazing!

Massaman Curry (V, GFO) is bland. Maybe too much of a modern twist but it completely lacks flavor.
The Jo's Famous Party Wings are a rip off, $20 for 3 wings is ridiculous. They didn't even pluck all of the feathers from the wings.
Lastly the Drunken Noodles (VO, GFO) used to come with brisket by default but now you must order a side of brisket to receive the same meal.
Would not order again. A lack luster experience for absurdly expensive Thai food.

Druken noodles far too salty .The noodles were packaged ramen. Far more expensive for the quality. Beef chewy.

I can deal with expensive Pad Thai if it's really good. Not tonight. This Pad Thai was overly sweet and stuck together mound of noodles. One sprig of chive, as an afterthought, that they didn't even bother to stirfry into the noodles. Fried tofu was just chewy and overcooked . Uninspired, one note. Quality has gone down.
