The Mac and cheese was almost $4 for maybe 4 bites! The 12pc Nuggets Combo was horrible.... fries not cooked all the way, nuggets were small, hard and very dry. Will not order from here again.

I LOVE KFC!  I have ordered from there multiple times . My order has always been correct, and on time. The chicken has always been flavorful and moist.

I always enjoy the $12 four piece chicken wig 2 mashed potatoes and biscuits - although I only got 1 today. it was very good as always

It took way too long to get this order from the KFC less than half a mile away. None of the sauces requested for nuggets that were ordered, no queso  which actually costs extra money(not selectable as side option) was included, no silverware or napkins or anythng you expect to have to included. Have to request a credit for missing the queso. I have had multiple issues with this particular store in the past. Love the food, but execution from the team at this store is lacking. The 1st driver to accept the order waited 22 minutest at the store before dropping the order and leaving because the time it was taking. Original delivery time was estimated 25 minutes. Actual delivery time 46 minutes. What food we got was delicious as expected, but can't count on accuracy or timeliness here.
