• 9/19/23the KFC in Roy, UT on Main St. is really the worst KFC I've been to and i won't be back. I only ordered some biscuits because I've had problems there before but figured this would be hard to screw up... and they were the saddest tiny little things. probably half the size they normally are.

• 12/9/25We were pleasantly surprised with our KFC order..The fried chicken was warm & tasty. The coleslaw was familiarly yummy & the mac & cheese creamy and delicious. We've had disappointing experiences lately (no chicken, yes I said no chicken, was overcharged) but happy we decided to give an old family favorite another try..

• 3/7/26Was missing a LG Mac n cheese order 2 an the one that was in there was burnt an could see it threw the lid "old had been sitting" I asked for a new one an the gal working was rude about it literally snatch from my hand. I also added a couple other things while there to a separate order an she put the Mac an cheese in the same bag as I ordered (another mash potato) I get home an they gave me an individual Mac n cheese instead of the LG that I ordered in the beginning but asked for a different one being the first one they gave was very gross looking. Also I ordered 8pc chicken tenders a they all literally looked like nuggets a couple were broke in half they looked like but counted as 1 or 2 of the 8ct. 1 of the tenders were hard couldn't even bit threw N it was brown meat looking inside.. THE WORST KFC I've been to in a while!! Will NEVER go back! Also inside restaurant was nasty an dirty even another customer mentioned the restrooms while I was waiting to get my food!!!

• 3/6/26Chicken strips were tiny and overcooked. Biscuits were more dry than usual and hard. Absolutely none of requested sauces were included. Overall quality especially for the price isn't worth it.
