25+ year Kraus' customer. Decided to try the new North Canton location since it's closest to us, and was pleasantly surprised! We ordered a Manager's Special 2dz Wings, a side of jo-jo's, and a Broasted Breast. The chicken and jo-jo's were excellent, right on par with the other locations. Wings were also very good. The pizza had excellent flavor, but the crust was just slightly underdone. I feel like this is just something that will improve with time, since it's a new staff. Guess I'm spoiled by Middlebranch! ;) We will definitely order again from North Canton though.

the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich was delicious and very filling. great value
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks were unique, not te usual breading.
Definitely ordering both again

The topper pizza was good. A bit light on sauce. It might be more useful to order directly with the restaurant. My order was delayed about 20 minutes from estimated pickup time while others came in to pay directly seemed to have their orders available immediately. I've eaten here in person and the food comes out quickly. Possible they downgrade DoorDash orders in favor of in house or direct order.

Been a Kraus fan for nearly 50 years. When coming home from Ohio State to Massillon, those in my dorm demanded two things upon my return: bags of Gold N Krisp and a stack of Kraus's Pizza! Always fresh, always great!
