This is the best ramen we've had in Morgan Hill. The eggs were cooked properly and were marinated. The broth was rich. Weve.been missing ramen since moving here. Note: the merchant photo of the mune kaarage is not accurate. There are two types of sauce drizzled over the top (one soy based ans anotherlike a spicy mayo) and green onions. It was good, but ordered it for a toddler so it would have been helpful to know to request it left off or on the side.

The Katsu Don was piping HOT and flavorful. I had ate 25% of it before remembering to take a picture. The portion of meat and rice felt approriate for the price. The potato croquette was so good. They drizzled a lil sauce on it that added flavor without being too much. The only nit I have is the price for the croquette felt a little high for just 1 piece. Id rather pay 2 for $6 or 1 for $3. It might be cheaper in store and the DoorDash up charge is just a lot. It wont stop me ordering it again though.

The Curry Beef & Chicken Breast did not disappoint! Has a little kick to it, a lot of flavor and a lot of food. I'll eat the rest for lunch tomorrow.10/10 recommend

So much in Morgan hill is pretty bland but this restaurant stands out for more flavor. Feels like a home cooked meal. Hearty, lots of food, plenty of spice without being spicy. Love this every time I get it.

That croquette was absolutely perfect. It didn't matter that it came from across town. Deliciously crispy outside and delightfully soft inside, seasoned thoughtfully. The Red Hakata Ramen was tasty, although not an actual long-boiled pork bone stock, more like a seasoned soup base (no detectable collagen). Hakata noodles are thinner than other ramen noodles—something to be aware of if you prefer a thick, chewy noodle. I want to go back for more croquettes, and to try the karaage.
