• 4/19/25We ordered 2 Meat Signature Tray with mac & cheese, potato salad, Baked Beans, ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. The brisket was pretty flavorful, but too fatty for the price in my opinion. I liked the ribs, which had very nice bark, but they were a bit chewy. The pork was okay, but in the containers the juice from the pickles and jalapeños got all over my meat, making it too spicy for me. The pickle juice also completely soaked the paper bag in which the cornbread was wrapped --- not super pleased with that. The barbecue sauces were just okay; neither Exes nor KC had much Q flavor at all. I enjoyed the mac and cheese, but my wife said it tasted like Velveeta shells. The potato salad was fine, but lacked flavor. The beans were the one item that actually tasted like barbecue, but they were missing that maple flavor IMO. Finally, the dessert. The Tallow Chocolate Chip Cookie was okay, though way too hard (not like a Tate's, like an old cookie), but the Banana Pudding...rancid. The "banana" I bit into was chewy, artificial tasting, and seemed like it had been rehydrated in alcohol. Not for me.

• 9/13/25Everythng was so dry, it was not fresh at all. It's like I had everything that had been sitting there all day. The mac and cheese, the pulled pork. I've order this place before and it was good. I guess this time was a huge miss. I wouldn't order again.

• 12/1/24best bbq I've had in while. kids even ate the Smoked Brussels Sprouts. Pork Belly Burnt Ends were awsome. dog liked the pig ear too.
