Seasoned. Tender and cooked to a perfect mid-rare. Only thing I would somewhat complain about was it would have been even better with a nice sear on it. Tomto, pickled onions and avocado were excellent and paired well with the steak and rice. Side- Camaron Apanado (5) were seasoned well, crispy and the sauce that came with was outstanding. Side- Eggs (2) were sunny side up and asked for over easy. Still cooked well and added to the dish. Overall 5/5. Definitely recommend!

Surprisingly small portions of meat, especially for the price. Everything is flavorless, my order was extremely dry by the time it got to me. They lay the small meat portions over a huge bed of rice. For $26 it just didn't meat standards of other Colombian restaurants I've been to. I looked at Colombian food as comfort food and unfortunately this food was not that

If you haven’t tried the Chaúlafa from Los Andes Latin Bistro yet, you’re missing out. It’s their Latin-style fried rice dish, and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned, loaded with flavor, and everything tasted fresh—not greasy or heavy like some fried rice can be.
The portion size? Huge. Definitely enough for leftovers (unless you don’t have self-control like me). 😂
This was one of those meals where every bite hits. Highly recommend if you’re ordering from here. We’ll definitely be ordering again.

Here visiting for a laser removal and googled the restaurant to try something different , I Definitely had a great experience my first time trying the food. The flavor was delicious, the portion size was well worth the amount and you could definitely tell the food was freshly made. I would definitely reorder and recommend to others visiting Minnesota.

Wow. Delicious.
Chicharron Picado is crispy and chewy at the same time. The tomato and onion on the side cuts the heaviness.
Seco de Carne is hearty. The sweet plantain in added bites with the stew is delicious.
