I had the burrito carnitas, and 3 tacos (adobada, chorizo, asada). have to say all the meat s were extremely tender and lean. the carnitas was excellent and not fatty. especially love the tortillas used for the tacos and that they didn't put the onions or cilantro on but put them on the side. also both the red and green sauces were perfect. I'm a happy camper and we'll definitely be back.  Nice to have some authentic Mexican food here in Castle Rock!

The best carnitas tacos ive had in a long time. Tortillas taste homemade. Tacos are bigger than street tacos. Finally some real MX food in CR.

It was fun to order from a different restaurant tonight, and we weren't disappointed. We ordered multiple items, so we could share them. The pollo torta was voted the favorite. The torta bread was incredible. The pollo quesadilla was good, and their chicken is flavored nicely. The burrito was yummy as well. The chicken tacos were the lowest voted out of everything. There just wasn't much to it, but it did come as described, so no complaints. I can't wait to try other items on the menu.

I got the garcia tacos rice and bean , the pastor and the chorizo were so tasty and the asada was as well 10/10.
