Pork belly bun. The beef was tougher than I wanted probably because it wasn't as fatty. They give you tons of fresh noodles! The pork belly button was perfect! And this is came on a huge bun.

Beef Noodle (牛肉面) soup was so delicious - it comes with broth packaged separately so you still get crunchy bok choy even with delivery. Pot stickers are a great value. Steamed Soup (蒸湯餃) dumplings are always a hit.

I got Steamed Soup (蒸湯餃) and I was pleasantly surprised that they were still very good even after having them delivered. Even though soup dumplings are always best right out of the steamer, these were still delicious 25 mins later. I was also very impressed with the Wood Ear Mushroom Salad (凉拌东北木耳)! Such a large portion and whatever dressing was put on it is amazing. Will definitely order again.

Everything was fantastic! Well packed and great portions for the price. I would order the Lotus Roots (凉拌藕片), Sweet Buns (奶黄豆沙包), and Pan Fried Pork (煎豬餃) again. The lotus roots were particularly interesting. Very crunchy and tangy! I wasn't a huge fan of the Steamed Yuzu Chicken Soup (蒸柚子雞湯餃), but I knew they were risky because I'm picky about yuzu. They had plenty of broth, though. Not dry at all.

I've eaten at Mason's over three times in the last months and they've been very consistent. The Beef Over Rice (牛肉饭) is so delicious and flavorful. The Pan Fried Beef (煎牛餃) was amazing and the cheese in the beef filling went so well together. The portion sizes are filling and it was delivered steaming hot. I would definitely order again. I didn't get pictures because I scarfed it down so quickly
