Although I received Double Cheeseburgers instead of the Triple Cheeseburgers I paid for, everything I received was delicious.
McDonald’s has been a go-to staple in my family for generations, which is why it’s disappointing when something as basic as order accuracy falls short. With prices continuing to rise, customers should be able to expect greater consistency and attention to detail.
The food itself is still great, but the overall experience shouldn’t feel hit-or-miss. A stronger focus on getting orders right and delivering a consistent experience would go a long way toward maintaining the trust and loyalty that longtime customers like myself and my family have in the franchise.
I grew up loving McDonald's and my kids all love their food as well. I'd gladly pay more to keep them around but in return I'd like to receive exactly what I paid for. At the end of the day, all things considered, I still ate the food and enjoyed the flavors.
For that reason alone I say "good job guys"
Just please make an effort to address your consistency and order accuracy problems.

The Classic Big Mac® Pack is always fresh and hot when I receive it and the fries are always nicely salted. Definitely get alot of food for a decent price!

Muy mal servicio de parte del equipo de McDonald's el dia de hoy . De bebidas ordene 1 M Iced Mocha , 1 M Caramel Macchiato y 1 S Caram Frappéel . En su lugar recibo 2 M Caramel Macchiato y el Caramel Frappé estaba por menos de la mitad del vaso. No pusieron la salsa Hot para el burrito , ordene 2 Hash Browns y solo recibí 1 . Conclusión la orden tuvo demasiados errores . Espero no suceda nuevamente

The burger was good, but the fries were soggy and tasted like fish.
I had ordered from this facility before and was highly disappointed in the quality of the food, no straws for drinks, and no napkins. I believe in second chances and, well, lessons learned.

they didn't bring my chicken nuggets that I ordered and they charged me$16 for a little burger and fries but didn't bring The rest of my order overpriced
