Items were packaged neatly and safely. Providing me the reassurance that my items was handled with care. Food was still warm. My drink was still cold , and not watered down. Service was quick as well. McDonald's location on Herndon and Marks is one of the best in Fresno. Drive thru, in store, and delivery, always great service. The ladies that work there are respectful even the gentleman who works the first window. One time I didn't have enough $ on me to cover my total, so I was digging out the change in my car and he covered the rest of my meal.

I ordered several things we use syrup with so how do I order extra syrup when it's limited; plus a person needs more than one little container of syrup with that pancake order; no butter, not enough syrup, but food is delicious and consistent.... JB

Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal was decent, the DQPwas cooked asi requested, patties were a nice size, but a little salty.The fries were warm but overly salted even though I asked for n salt. Coke was flat did not taste like a usual McDonald's Coke.

The food was edible and good but when I took my bacon, cheese and egg biscuit out of the wrapper the biscuit part broke in half. Then the same thing happened to my hash brown.

The big Big Mac®and Triple Cheeseburger were made perfectly.The McCrispy™was dried out, chewy, and tasted like it was sitting for an hours. But McDonald's Diet Coke® saved the day, as their coke is made by the gods.
