They always pack my bowl up so portion is so good, always fresh, and there hard rock and roll sauce???! Absolutely enhances the taste. I've ordered over like 5 times I'm inlove and my go to whenever I'm hungry

30 min after placing my order I received a call saying they were out of chicken for my Kids Burrito and asked what protein I'd like, I chose ground beef - I was still charged for extra chicken. The burritos were cold and the meat tasted like I got the corner of a tray that had been sitting all day. I couldn't eat either Burrito.
The drinks were flat and had zero ice and the lids weren't secured on the cups.
0/10 will not order from Moe's again. (I had great experience with the Riverview location on door dash- so it definitely varies by location).

i asked for steak quesadilla with extra steak .what i got was some nasty looking un-grilled tortilla half filled with steak chunks(too thick for quesadillas)no cheese just nasty .plus a big bag of tortillas chips with a tiny tiny tiny( 1oz maybe)of salsa.i strongly recommend you NOT Order to go from here .

We used to order frequently from Moe's, but our most recent order has reminded me why we stopped. Burritos arrived with no salsa and only one of our ordered sauces. Queso was okay, but the chips had a weird, bitter aftertaste--made me wonder if the frying oil needed changing. We wont be ordering again.

I ordered a burrito with no beans because I'm allergic to them, but it seems that this location is careless with their cross-contamination practices because there were a few stray beans in my burrito. Luckily I found them before I actually ate them, but I had to throw out the remainder of my burrito so I wasted $20 on my order.
