Overall, id say this is a decent pick if you want korean food.
the Spicy Pork (Side) is a bit bland but theres no meaty smell and has tteok inside the dish.
the Pineapple Pork Belly is my personal fave. the sweet sour is amazing. this dish also has tteok. using pineapple and kimchi to offset the grease is really good.
As for the Kimchi Stew, it is seasoned properly and has a good amount of that sour but is very flat. theres no deepness in the stew. if they used bone broth and added more kimchi juice id say it would be a lot better. its not bad. theres a good amount of meat in the soup as well and isn't tough at all. just a little too much water.
the kimchi on the side isn't sour at all so if that's your style you'll like it. im originally not a big fan of mac so safe to say its just ok. salad is very fresh, not wilted and no browning to be seen. sauce could be better tho. maybe vinegar soy with 고춧가루 and garlic. bonus the egg given with the Kimchi Stew is cooked to perfection.

The Bulgogi was decent. The meat was well-trimmed-no fat or gristle. The kimchi pancake was disappointing on several levels. It looked nothing like the menu on Door Dash. It looked like it was fried in a pan with too much oil. While the flavor was a little bland, what bothered me is the pancakes were just a pile of pieces, some well overcooked. I can't recommend the kimchi pancake. It was greasy and looked like it had been cooked well before we placed our order.

I have to give the kalbi a D-. For the price we paid 1) the meat was to chewy, 2) there was more gristle and fat than meat, 3) it was obvious that there was no garlic or green onion in the marinade, if it was even marinated. L.A. style ribs tend to be fatty and have gristle and this was no exception. Sorry, we won't be re-ordering anything.
