I ordered a birthday cookie cake and there was no frosting or anything written on the cake. It was completely naked. If I wanted a plain cookie cake, I would've just bought plain cookies for much cheaper.

Cookies weren't made properly,. Just by the appearance, taste, and texture it was obvious the dough hadn't had time to rest and or sat out for way too long before baking. And they didn't taste "fresh".

Ordered the 5" cookie cake and received a regular cookie instead. They didn't even bother to contact me & thought sending something 1/4 of the price would be acceptable.
