North Star made a small mistake on a previous order I had made through DoorDash. I mentioned it in my last review, and Northstar reached out to me in an effort to make it right. I ordered again and they REALLY knocked it out of the park! The chicken fingers were cooked perfectly.... juicy and fresh.... and the sauce was perfectly mixed on them. I really cannot express how thankful I am knowing NorthStar cares about their customers! They just made a lifetime customer out of me! Thank you NorthStar!!!!!

The flavor of the fish was alright but they forgot my fries so I couldn't judge those Over all it wasn't a good value tho bc they only give you 1 pice of fish. The Mozzarella Sticks (5) were delicious and the Hush puppies too. This place is over all really good and they usually get the order correct.

Very disappointed. I'm a repeat customer and usually everything is okay.... This is how my turkey club was delivered! In aluminum foil!...No container. 2 thin slices of turkey was given and that's it for the meat!!!

We received everything quickly and it was all correct and well packaged . Everything was great and fresh Except my daughters Basic Burger we requested medium well and that thing was Burnt it was well well done lol she couldn't really eat it took only couple bites and just ate her Potato Skins (4) usually the foods on point so idk what happened

We normally love the food here and order often but today was just ridiculous . The burgers were like hockey pucks and tatertots were so overcooked that they were also inedible. We tried calling the restaurant but it's just a recording that doesn't let you talk to anyone. We will still go and eat at the bar but probably wont be ordering to go or delivery. Im so sad.
