Ordered the 1/2 Slab Rib Platter and the meat was so tender! We ordered a side of macaroni and cheese and hands down 10/10 for everything! We will be ordering from here anytime we crave a good BBQ! Felt like it was homemade with love and care! Chicago fire sauce was amazing!

This food was GREAT. I got the 1/2 Slab Ribs (6) with coleslaw and mac and cheese. For some Extra Sauce too. I ordered Dixie Red and Chicago Fire as the restaurant's website recommended those for the ribs. Food arrived warm and the coleslaw was still cold.
The ribs had a good amount of meat on them. Very flavorful. The sauces were excellent. I didn't find them to be either dry or juicy, they were just meat. I want more right now.
Coleslaw - nothing fancy and that's how it should be
Corn muffin top - good, actually. Not a huge fan of cornbread but this was moist and not crumbly.
Mac and cheese - Not sure. I mean I ate it, I liked it, but the garlic breadcrumbs on top overpower/mask the mac and cheese itself. Seemed like it might taste good though. I'd order again.

Portion sizes here have decreased while prices have increased. Prices on DoorDash are $2-$4 more than what they are in the restaurant (check the prices against what's printed on the receipt). My receipt said $49... I ended up paying over $80!
This used to be one of my favorite places on DoorDash, but the past few times I've ordered, the brisket and chicken were tough and dry, and the sides were small and cold. For that much money, I expect better quality.

Do not order the brisket. It is dry, over cooked, and they charge extra for brisket when they include barely 1 strip. The whole order arrived cold.

I was hoping this would be decent but knowing that the bbq was being delivered and not hot& fresh from the restaurant, I didn't want to get my expectations too high. All I can now say is wow, wow, wow. This was easily the best bbq I have had in the state of MN. The ribs and brisket were tender, seasoned and smoked perfectly. The cornbread muffin tops are more of a dessert because they are so delicious. Will be ordering again- I highly highly recommend trying.
