my chili cheese fries was loadedwith chopped onions and tomato and pickles. I did not order them that way.
my chili cheeseburger was cut in half , no cheese very little chili no tomato, picklesor onions but loaded and I mean loaded with chopped chilis that I don't eat. i threw it away I was so so disappointed. I've had Tommy's in many cities and never encounter poor service and food like this. I grew up with the Original Tommy's on Rampart and Alvarado back in the day (I'm 66 yrs old) but I now live in Santa Clarita and this is the only Tommy's close to me and they are horrible.

First time DoorDash at this location.. burgers came with peppers, catchup and napkins without me asking for them ! I give this location 5 stars !!!! Thanks !

This is the second time I order from here the food is good but these workers don't know how to follow instructions. I ordered the exact same things both times california classic without raw onions and adding grilled onions. Both times they just gave me raw onions.
