I liked my order except the French Onion soup. It had no cheese on top of it as advertised. How can it be French onion soup without a cheese crust on top??

The bagels I got was burnt black around the edges and so incredibly hard to chew. I have never experienced this before when ordering from them. Also the Greek Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait had watery brownish liquid around the top of the container, possibly because they packaged the hot bagel on top of the cold yogurt.

our deliveries have had missing items on numerous occasions. I like Panera, and this does not happen when we go into restaurant, but almost every delivery has been incorrect

I ws in the mood for some grilled cheese so I went with the Kids Grilled Cheese, the bread is soft in the middle and lightly crispy on the outside. There was a lot of American cheese inside so I just stuck to the outside of the sandwich. I would say the soup is good but I acc got the wild rice cream soup. It's not bad but there wasnt a lot of chicken in it. No milkly aftertaste and savory.
