One of the original pizzerias from New York City that opened a second store in Rockland. they have the best pizza I've had in Rockland. The pizza I had had sausage pepperoni and meatball and it was loaded with meat. probably too much meat for me. next time I just might get it plain. they're so tasty.

Great prompt service. The Pizza was delicious and fresh. The risotto and Hero were excellent as well. Will be back. Patsy's never lets us down.

I had Sinatra Panini, which comes with a salad. The Panini was packed on top of the salad, and as a result, the bottom of the Panini was wet, and the salad was warm, making this meal less than desirable.
