We have gotten this dish before. This time the chicken was very breaded and overcooked. Making it very difficult to chew and even taste the chicken. Vegetables were fine. The dishes had no sauce, very tasteless. I requested extra sauce for a $1.49 rash. Thank goodness we had that. We used to love Pei Wei’s but quality has really gone downhill. Worst meal ever.

Very upset, this was my first time trying pei wei and I got Chicken Dumplings, Lychee Green Tea, and Beef & Broccoli. The dumplings were soggy but still good, the green tea was $5 in a smaller cup than my hand, and jeez the beef and broccoli was absolutely DISGUSTING. It has no sauce at all completely dry, the broccoli is not cooked and very crunchy, theres a strong lime taste to the whole meal which is nasty and wasn't in the description as nobody puts lime in Beef & Broccoli. I will never eat here again gross and overpriced.

Ordered Kung Pao Chicken for my husband and Chicken Lo Mein for myself, noodles are ramen, dishes lack flavor, only veggies are a few shredded carrots and I mean a few, a couple of small pieces of chicken, basically paying good $ for ramen. The Chicken Egg Rolls were like a salad in dough.We will never order from here again, total waste of money. So buyer/consumer beware, money is tight right now, so a restaurant food is a treat, this really was not.

The Crab Wontons tasted great as usual. Crispy and the crab was amazing. The Mongolian beef though tasted like it was drowned in salt. Im sold glad I didn't add any soy sauce. I had to throw it away after a couple of bites. Very disappointed

I placed this order two hours before I picked it up. I should have been able to walk in, walk up to the prepaid area where they store the food. Instead, I had to stand in the incredibly long line just to get to the front and point out that I had placed a mobile order. They had my food sitting next to them on the counter. Once I got the food, I realized they didn't give me extra broccoli, even though they charged me for the extra broccoli. So what was supposed to be a quick trip between work and home ended up taking an extra 20 minutes.
