Absolutely delicious with loads of flavor in every bite! If I didn't order the food myself I wouldn't have guessed it was vegan. I got the mix and Combo #3 Mix & Match 3 Combo #3 Mix & Match 3 Tacos + Drink to give this place a try. The barbacoa and brisket tacos were very good but I've fallen in love with the Al Pastor with pineapple. Rice and beans also had great flavor (beans even gad a slight pork favor IYKYK). The only potential complaint was that the beans were pretty thick but that's a personal preference.

Sincerely delicious food that leaves me happy and satisfied every time. The family sampler is a go-to for me and makes many meals for my household.
Guacamole is always fresh, the queso is super flavorful, and the elote is a delight every time. I did not order this time but their dessert options are also delicious.
I will definitely order again in the future!

So when Pepitas is good it’s great. However there is so much inconsistency in what you get. Today I got “nachos” which I typically get and they gave me 1/4th of the cheese and 1/4th of the chips that I normally get for the same price. Last week I ordered nachos and I didn't get any chips and they didn't deliver my churros. I'm also pregnant and it’s literally my only pregnancy craving. I've had this issue with them for years and have never left a negative review because it is a delicious vegan restaurant and I want them to thrive.

the burrito size went down by half . It used to be huge . Still good ! the size is just not worth the price .

This place is quite literally the best restaurant in Denton. Anything with the Al Pastor is a 10/10 , especially the tacos. If you haven't had a chicken quesadilla since you were a kid, their grilled chicken quesadilla tastes like childhood but even better since it's vegan.
