Rated #1 or 2# depending on the list you read. Hands down #1 in my house. The Brisket was soft, yet firm, tasty smoke ring and spiced just right. The Pork Ribs always have been- truly fall off the bone, dry rubbed and smoked to perfection, truly a heavenly treat. And then, there's the JPCH Sausage, is something special. Baked Mac? Yes Please!. The Fire BBQ sauce is Hell of a good spicy kick. MY favorite has always been their Cucumber Kimchi :). just right, always. Worth it, dine in or delivery :) Highly Recommended and Rated.

The first time I bought this sandwich it was great, moist, full of meat with pickles and onions and a soft bun. I've come back several times and the sandwich has never been the same little meat dry no pickles or onions bun dry and some times hard . I guess maybe the staff has changed and don't really care

Ignore the two bites out of the sliced bread and the spoon size hole in the Banana Cheesecake Pudding (I did it).
This is our second time eating here. This time we had the:
Four Legged Sampler with Fried cabbage, Potato salad, Sliced bread, and Pickles- The meat was tender and seasoned nicely, the potato salad was delicious, the fried cabbage was pretty good (even though it was a little salty), the sliced bread was warm and it wasn't hard or stale, and the pickles were crunchy (they were there and should be mentioned too).
BBQ Sauce (S)- it is good and for a "small" you get a nice size container of it. For the amount of meat we had.
Banana Cheesecake Pudding- this is really good. Got two single sizes again. I know it's not going to be that hard, but we might talk ourselves into getting the pint next time.

I was pretty disa in our meal. They called to see if I wanted fatty or non fatty meat. I picked fatty, which I was happy they called until I got my food. I do like fat on my brisket but there was hardly any meat in there. I basically ordered 2 lbs of plain fat with a few bites of meat.
The banana cheesecake pudding was very good though, which is why I did a 3 star instead of less.
