• 7/7/23I have order the small river box before but this time when it was delivered my pretzels are practically hard as rock and not warm. Plus the lid for my cheese sauce was melted

• 10/20/23The rivets were hard and clearly old, which was a bummer because no one really wanted to eat them, so we had a big bucket of them go to waste. Pretzel dog was fine.
