I'm glad I saw the video of the blogger who said to try your #16. You guy's didn't disappoint. Delicious. Next time I will try that in store. Everything we ordered was simply delicious. I know where I'm ordering next time I'm craving for Vietnamese. Thank you who wrote the note. Clearly went above and Thank you for the extra. The portion is very generous and condiments are fresh.

This is the BEST pho/Vietnamese restaurant around. Their spicy satay beef pho is so savoury and is such a hearty thick broth. Their bahn mi sandwich's are always fresh and the bread is never crusty always soft and fresh. Their orange juice is always freshly squeezed and served chilled

The 16. Satay Beef Pho is very delicious, I'd been searching for the perfect satay pho in Vancouver and finally found it! Lots of beef, and a thick and flavourful broth.

Ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls which are my fave but the filling wasn't the best, a little fishy and not as robust in flavour profile. I would say the dressing/dip was a bit lacking in flavour as well.
