A1. Chả Giò (2) some of the best Ive had- beautifully crispy and delicious filling. A5. Hoành Thánh Chiên (6) also top notch- crispy, not overfilled or too sweet.9. Phở Tài- broth not as flavorful as others I've had but came with so much more meat and toppings than others in the area.

I've been going to Pho Tau Bay for over a decade. They are consistently delicious and some of the best Vietnamese egg rolls (happen to be gf) in the cities if you ask me. Authentic, fast, delicious and affordable. Can't ask for more imho. My favs are:
- spring rolls with shrimp and pork
- Vietnamese egg rolls
- shrimp with egg roll bun/vermicelli salad
- seafood pho
- iced Vietnamese coffee

The portion for this is wild. For $25 an entree they gave a a half full container of tofu and also half full container of rice

Mom and Pop Store. If you like Quang you shouldn't coming from a Vietnamese American. This place is legit and all there food is closer to authentic. Cali Viet food is the best and there are good places in St. Paul but for Eat Street this is the best one! Be adventurous by ordering outside of Pho (which is not the national dish) so order Com Tam which is broken rice with the protein)
