• 3/15/25I traveled to Dallas for work and craved ramen. I ordered a Shoyu Ramen for takeout and didn't have high expectations as we have lot of good ramen options back in California. To my surprise, I really enjoyed this bowl of ramen. The chasu was soft and flavorful, the broth was savory, and the noodles were cooked to a nice texture. I just wish the egg wasn't overcooked and that they included a bit more broth for the takeout portion

• 3/26/26Shrimp Tempura (3pcs) was soggy, they need to cut holes in the packaging to prevent this
Breaking Bad and California Roll were decent
Shoyu Shoyu Ramen lacked flavor but the noodles and the caramelized egg were fantastic, still a thumbs up for me because of quality
the quality was great but overall the taste just didn't blow me away on the one thing the restaurant is named after

• 6/21/26Worst sushi I've had I eat a lot of sushi!!!! Cucumber salad tasteless and I ordered 2x and it was four mushy sticks with no taste!

• 1/26/22There was way less noodles in the ramen than when you get this at the actual restaurant. My 10 yr old didn't feel fulfilled and complained that it was smaller and he was still hungry. We paid more to get less. But my salmon ceviche was amazing. Also small but I hadn't had it at the restaurant to be able to compare.

• 9/19/25Very little protein in way of chicken and tenderloin, especially for the price. They completely forgot the broth for the chicken ramen and there was only a cup of broth for the tenderlion/curry ramen. Gyoza was good. Chashu was just a piece of pork belly.
