Pollo Saltado was very flavorful. If you are odd about texture ask for the fries to be separate otherwise your fries wi be soft from soaking up the juice. The chicken was tender cooked well and seasoned to perfection

the pasta Chicken Tallarin Saltado tasted burnt and was very dry. the Tamal Peruano is waaaay over priced for the size and lack of flavor. Lomo Saltado was flavorful but only had 4 pieces of beef. we will not be ordering from here again

Food was so mediocre. Lomo Saltado should come with charred, juicy meat and delicious flavor. Instead, the dish came with over cooked beef that was not steak quality and so few vegetables What I received was nowhere near acceptable. Not to mention the amount of rice was so small. Just inedible and especially for the price, disappointing.
The ceviche came in a flimsy styrofoam that doesn't travel well. The juice of the ceviche was all over the bottom of the plastic bag. I recommend getting plastic that closes shut. Also, they packaged the warm Lomo Saltado on top of the Ceviche so that the fish (typically served chilled) got all warm during delivery. There are ways to mitigate these kinds of issues that other restaurants have figured out. This place and the owner has been in the industry for a while. No excuses. Do better

Pésima la calidad de la comida sin gusto y sin sabor , pedí pollo a la Brasa y me llegó guardado sin cremas todo seco no volveré a ordenar más , porción de papas muy poco cantidad para el precio .

The Lomo Saltado was very mid. The portion is also very small for how expensive it is.
