• 2/9/24No Stuffed crust even though that is what we ordered. 2 dollars per topping, hardly ANY pineapple, Pizza was stuck to the box and wouldnt lift up, so we had to ruin the pizza and literally scratch the 14" Pepperoni Lover's Pizza from the box itself to get it out of the box. Kids would not eat because they are picky. Wings were amazing. Thats why I gave an extra star or it would have been 1 star. Also, there was no tamper proofing on the box to ensure quality.

• 7/29/25The Chicken Oven-Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta was burnt and there was just a couple of pieces of chicken.
The pizza felt hard & leftover.
The bread was hard as a rock.
They couldn't even get the drink right. I ordered 'diet' Pepsi. 2L. I received regular Pepsi.
Very disappointed in this otter beings that I almost spent $50.

• 4/28/25The Marinara Dip comes in tiny little cups now. They used to be much larger, but it's still as delicious tasting as ever. I dont know if the tiny cup is worth the $1.04 they charge, but the breadsticks need it. If you're ordering extra sauce, be warned you should order at least 4 extra cups to cover 2 orders of breadsticks!

• 1/29/26Very soggy pizza and I was charged 2 times the Cheese Sticks did not have cheese and it was burnt seems pizza got under cooked and cheese sticks over cooked
