Included in Your Perfect Pie: 1 common meat & 2 common veggies. (Other toppings for additional $) Dough made daily from 00 flour, resulting in a that wonderful, thin-crust Neapolitan style pizza that made Naples, Italy famous. All traditional Pofokes Pizzas start with sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, to which we add finely shaved, fresh garlic and then we lay down a generous base of our four cheese blend (mozzarella, cheddar, jack and parmesan). Topped and baked in HOT wood-fired oven!
