Very, very small portions every time I've ordered. Seems like one scoop of fish even though it's supposed to be two, sauces are undetectable, rice is always dry and hard. Barely fills up half the bowl.

Quality has gone way down. Rice is dry and doent taste fresh. Barely any protein. I feels more like a veggie rice bowl. Nothing but a few pieces of protein. Go elsewhere for better quality bowl. They will fill your bowl with veggies and garnish not protein.

We ordered two build your own medium bowls and were super disappointed in the quality and quantity for the price. There was very little fish and lots of (just okay) rice. Poke Parlor is nothing special. I'll go somewhere else next time.
