The food was made well and tasty. I was disappointed when a 16 pieces was 10 wings, 1 thigh and 5 breasts. Normally there are more thighs and less wings. If I wanted wings I can get them much cheaper somewhere else.
They also did not include any napkins, plasticwear, honey or jelly for the biscuits like they have in the past.

The bun was burnt on the inside. Hardly an actual chicken in the Spicy Chicken Sandwich I ate mainly batter and I for some reason had no sauce. If this was supposed to be spicy then they missed the mark hard. I ended throwing this food away. Which sucks becase i normally really enjoy the food.

Arrived cold. Ordered 2 x3 piece orders but couldn't specify spicy or classic separately per order.
On the positive side we received more pieces (9) than we ordered (6).

I love this place. They nearly always get my order right. They also have the best Spicy Chicken Sandwiches

I ordered popcorn shrimp dinner. I received a mix of crumbs, a few popcorn shrimp and 3 small shrimp with tails. The breading was not crispy, bordering on soggy and food wasn't remotely warm. Very disappointed.
