I just received a three-piece spicy chicken combo. $25. the biscuit is stale. I get a measly two wings and a breast. you would think I would get a leg and a thigh at least for $25. The quality is terrible

I paid for sweet heat sauce and didn't get it. Sandwiches are old and bread is hard as a rock. No, I'm not a whiney customer but the food quality just flat out sucks. I've ordered from other Popeyes in Boston many times and never had issues. This one here in Texas stinks.

The first sandwich had a raw part and the breading kept falling off, but the second sandwich was okay but the pickles were too thick but other than that it wasn't too bad I've had worse I'm not too sure if I'll be ordering from here again tho although I did like the buy one get one free which was a good portion for less.

They always mess up the sides. We got two Mac and cheese instead of one Mac and one mashed potato. This happens almost every time. My rice in my beans and rice had a crunch to it. And the biscuit tasted old. My chicken seemed undercooked. Just wasn't great.
